The story of Steam and Sauna Experts begins with the dream of our founder, Juan David Moreno. From a young age, Juan was immersed in the world of construction, learning the trade from his father on job sites—from the simplest task to the complexities of building a home from the ground up.
As a young man, Juan’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to a company that produced steam units. He was fascinated by the equipment and dedicated himself to mastering its inner workings. His journey continued as he advanced into sales, representing high-end brands like Mr. Steam and Amerec, which gave him a comprehensive understanding of the business.
After years of gaining invaluable experience and building strong industry relationships, Juan took a leap of faith to launch the business he had envisioned for so long. With the help of incredible partners who have supported us for the last decade, Steam and Sauna Experts was born.

Our Shipping Policy

Same-Day Dispatch We pride ourselves on getting your order out quickly. In-stock orders typically ship the same day they are placed. If your order is time-sensitive, we strongly recommend calling us first to confirm product availability and delivery estimates.

Free 2nd Day Air

Eligibility: Applies to all orders with a value of $250 or more.
Location: Must be shipped within the contiguous United States.
Service: Your order will ship via a 2nd-day air service.

Free UPS Ground

Eligibility: Applies to all orders with a value under $250.
Location: Also applies to all orders (of any value) shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Protectorates, and APO addresses.
Service: Your order will ship via UPS Ground.
Exclusion: This offer does not apply to international orders.

LTL Freight Shipments

Particularly large or heavy orders must ship on a pallet via LTL freight.
These shipments do not qualify for the 2nd Day or Ground offers and may have additional shipping fees.
If your order requires LTL freight, our team will contact you to confirm all charges before finalizing your order.

Return Policy

Returns You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Information collected may be used for the following; to schedule deliveries, to create an online account, to bill your credit card for purchases, to confirm and track your orders, and to respond to your customer service requests. We protect our databases with various physical, technical and procedural measures and we restrict access to your information by any unauthorized persons. Our information systems are maintained behind a hardware and software firewall to isolate them from access by other networks connected to the Internet.

Job Cancellation and Deposit Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation policy is based on the stage of your project:

Before Material Order: If you cancel a contracted job for which a 50% deposit has been paid, and we have not yet ordered materials, a $500 cancellation fee will be applied. The remainder of your deposit will be refunded.

After Material Arrival: If you cancel a job after materials have been ordered and delivered to our facility, a $1,000 cancellation fee will be applied. The remainder of your deposit will be refunded, and the materials will remain our property.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds typically take 15 to 30 business days to be processed and received by the client.
