AI SERIES COMMERCIAL STEAM BOILERS

Ideal for large steam rooms, the Amerec AI Series is designed for user enjoyment, ease of operation and long life. The AI boilers are engineered for easy on-site maintenance and hands-off, automated operation. Amerec engineering and technology incorporates several unique features, making the AI Series the ideal choice for large commercial steam rooms.


AI Series Boiler Features

  • UL Listed, cUL Listed, tested to UL834
  • ASME H-Stamped Low-Pressure Vessel, National Board registered
  • Multiple safety features, including: • Sight Glass • Three-level water sensing system with low water cutoff • Control system per CSD-1
  • Low Water Cut-Off (LWCO) with manual reset prevents heating should the water level drop below safe levels.
  • Room “over-temperature shut down” turns boiler elements off and blinks indicators to show alarm.
  • All steel construction with powder coat finish and stainless steel feet to prevent corrosion.
  • Designed for easy serviceability: Indicator lights with integral diagnostics, Simple service access and control
  • One steam valve for single room operation.
  • Two-room operation with each room controlled individually. Requires 2-room thermostatic control kit.
  • CoolFlush™ Auto Drain option performs recommended daily draining and flushing to reduce sludge and scale build up: • Anti-vacuum drain system reduces gurgling noises and slow draining. • Cools water in tank to 140°F or less to prevent damage to plumbing drain system. • Drain clock allows system to start at desired time of day, whether the generator is on or off.
  • Optional 24-hour and 24-hour / 7-day integral run and drain clocks.
  • Optional “Refresh” control provides short bursts of steam on demand with a simple push button inside the steam room. Provides a 15 to 20 second burst of steam even if the room is at set temperature and not calling for steam.

High capacity 
The 24 KW Amerec AI commercial steam room generator outplays its predecessors as well as competitors on the market in terms of boiler capacity.
A typical commercial-grade steam generator with similar output can power only one steam room at a time. But that’s not the case with Amerec AI 24 KW generators, which you can use simultaneously in two large steam enclosures sized up to 1200 cubic feet each. 

Seamless commercial application
The AI series Amerec steam shower generators are fully automated and require the least manual intervention during a steam bath session. Also, the maintenance and upkeep of these steam boilers is very simple and can be performed on-site by a trained steam bath technician. 
As such, spas, gyms, wellness centers, hotels, and other commercial spaces find these generators the go-to solution for their in-house steam saunas. 

Safe to operate
Another noticeable quality that distinguishes the AI 24 KW boiler from other large commercial steamer units on the market is its unmatched safety features.
The AI series generators are equipped with sight glass for water level monitoring, temperature safety units, 3-level water sensors, LED indicators, auto cut-off on low water, and pressure vessels with ACME certification, among others. 
These features make the generator extremely safe and highly efficient for extensive commercial usage. 

Easy to control 
These steam generators are compatible with all Amerec AI series controls. 
The AI controls are known for their dependability and user-friendliness and come with all the features seen on Amerec’s residential control panels. That includes easily adjustable steam temperature and session duration, a timer to enable auto-cut, a touch screen with a digital display, and more. 
We recommend using either IT1 or IT2 controls for an AI commercial generator. 
While the IT1 control is apt to power a single steam room with a 24 KW Amerec AI generator, the IT2 lets you use the generator simultaneously in two enclosures.

Commercial steam rooms need a rough and tough generator, one that doesn’t wear when used extensively.
