Custom Cut Sauna Room

This is the latest custom cut sauna that we built for a hotel spa in Naples, FL.  On this project, we removed all of the old wood and equipment and fabricated the sauna on site We used Grade "A" Western red cedar, tongue and groove for the ceiling and sauna walls, framed the benches with 2x4 cedar and dressed them with cedar planks.  The backrest for the upper benches and duckboard flooring were also built with  cedar planks.  Additionally, we installed an all glass door, giving it that very modern look.  For the sauna equipment, we used the Amerec Pro 14 Kw sauna heater, coupled with the most robust and widely used SC-60 control.  We added a ceiling light to the room and for mood lighting, a back lit pink Himalayan salt brick wall, illuminated by the Amerec sauna chromatherapy lighting kit.  When sauna rooms are built by hand with the best clear cedar available in the market and the sauna equipment is made by Amerec, you can be sure that your sauna could last up to 20 years or even a lifetime if properly maintained.  Steam and Sauna Experts offers the right knowledge, material and equipment to build the custom sauna of your dreams.
