Quick conversion of a shower into a Mr Steam Shower

We just finished the conversion of a regular shower into a Mr. Steam Shower.  In this case, our customer did not want to tear down all the existing tile, so we just changed the floor, replaced the first row of wall tile, and added tile to the ceiling.  The first row of tile has to be broken inevitably when removing an old shower basin.  
After finishing the tile work, we installed the frame-less glass to completely enclose the shower.  The space was somewhat limited, so a teak fold up shower seat was installed; however, this needs to be done carefully as these seats are to be installed directly to the studs or else they will not support weight and collapse. 
All the corners of the shower were reinforced with commercial grade silicone and the entire shower was treated with a high grade sealer to prevent humidity buildup.  The Mr. Steam unit was located in one of the kitchen cabinets, which so happened to be right behind the shower wall where the mixer is located. 
This new Mr. Steam shower made our customer very happy and gave him an amazing way to relax after long stressful days in the office!
